2024 Eden Valley Riesling
The Eden Valley is a sub-region of the Barossa Valley, known for its cooler climate and high-altitude vineyards, which produce Rieslings with intense fruit flavours, acidity and minerality.
This wine comes from two Southern Eden Valley vineyards one in Springton and the other in Flaxman’s Valley. Made with more solids and a small addition of skin fermented Riesling to produce a wine of texture, balance and finesse.
Highly aromatic, dry, crunchy, fresh, textured, and refreshingly delicious!

Old-vine riesling sourced from Springton and Flaxmans Valley. Pale straw with aromas of Bickford's lime cordial, grapefruit and green apple with hints of Christmas lilies, jasmine, crushed stone and a touch of marzipan and nougat. Slinky, savoury and textural on the palate, there is almost a liminal gewürztraminer-like top note way in the distance, adding to the intrigue. Bright, minerally drive and plenty of velocity and verve here.
